It’s unfortunate to read the previous reviews as I don’t find them accurate at all. I visited Central Rogue and this community last month while on a work trip and I found this park to be super cute! It’s easy to find. Located behind a bank so you don’t have to worry about loud noise from the neighbors. The town of Central Rogue is absolutely charming! It has an old town feel to it – with a General Store, coffee shop, library, hardware, florist, etc located walking distance from this community. At the one stop light in town, directly across is a beautiful bridge, which offers lots of hiking and bike trails. I took some photos as I went through the park. The landscaping was just gorgeous!
Central Rouge Mobile Home Park is a nice community. Meet with the area manager Eddie, nice guy. Central Rouge is a small town with that small town feeling. Should stop by to see this area if you are thinking of relocating.
Park Manager is super nice and park is easy access to shopping. Very welcoming atmosphere.
Mechelle was the most amazing person to work with. She went above and beyond to help us out, answering every question and providing more information that I didn’t even think of asking. I’ve worked with other property management companies in the area that asked inconvenienced by your presence and some that don’t even return calls. That said, once again, Mechelle was AMAZING, and so helpful!!

Mechelle was absolutely amazing in our search for our perfect home. She made the process extremely easy and stress free. The mobile home park is cute and quiet. The residents are pleasant and very welcoming!
